Returns

Your purchase satisfaction really matters to us. Nevertheless the Si Exquis products cannot be returned as long as they meet its specification. Only a faulty product may be returned for an exchange or refund.

In this case only we ask you to contact us at customercare@siexquis.com within a maximum of 5 days upon receipt of the order and we shall be happy to exchange the items or offer a refund. Please indicate the order number and keep the packaging, the shipping box and the damaged products.

In order to obtain a replacement or a purchase voucher you must return us the product and its packaging within 5 days once we have processed your complaint. No return will be accepted without a confirmation email from Si Exquis.
You are responsible of not making use of the product and take proper care of it until it is returned to us. We advise you to ship your return to us with the same shipping provider – Swiss Priority Post or DHL – and to keep the shipping receipt.

We will not be able to provide you with a replacement or a purchase voucher if the product is not returned within the deadline of 5 days or if it has been even used or damaged.

Please note that shipping costs, customs fees and taxes are not refundable.
